Feeding Texas and its statewide network of food banks provides a critical life raft to these families in need, but the unprecedented demand requires unprecedented support.

To help mobilize Texans around the cause, Flow Studios and Texans for Change have partnered to produce Lights On Texas, a series of thought-provoking and inspiring discussion with Texas politicos, thought leaders, musicians, food bank directors, and youth volunteers. The initial six hour livestream is presented below in segments, which we invite you to share in ongoing support of Feeding Texas.

My career path is melded with two passions. The first to improve the health and well-being of individuals, and the second to better our communities through meaningful outreach programs. I’ve been on this chosen journey for two decades, utilizing my Masters of Health Administration and front-line leadership experience.

Driving significant results in a competitive and reduced economy lies in the ability to cultivate success in core areas such as business and relationship development while fostering engagement through value proposition messaging. Throughout my career, I’ve been able to improve and revitalize programs to increase donor participation and awareness – creating new pathways to increase gifting and revenue for key company and community programs.

The team work necessary to ideate, create and produce serial successes for organizations includes building trust and partnering in internal teams, company executives, government officials, donors and strategic partners. I’ve been fortunate to work with many talented and smart individuals, providing them guidance to bring out their optimal performance through an outgoing, collaborative and tactical leadership style.

As Chief Philanthropy Officer of Feeding America Riverside | San Bernardino, I guide the introduction of groundbreaking, innovative programs and strategic alliances that promote the company’s mission from cementing support with corporate partners and political leaders to building trust within communities.
